Cold Front

A strong cold front will cross the area on MLK day along with a scattered snow shower. On Tuesday it now appears that a storm will make a close pass to the area and will bring snow. At this point the heaviest snow will be south of Boston, but just a slight shift to the west could bring more snow to the area. Behind the storm highs will remain in the teens.

Boston forecast:

Tonight: Clear with a low of 28.

MLK Day : Partly cloudy with scattered afternoon snow showers. High 38. West winds of 15-25 MPH.

Monday night: Partly to mostly cloudy and cold. Lows around 12. NW wind of 15-25 MPH.

Tuesday: Cloudy with snow arriving late in the afternoon. Highs around 20. Stay tuned!

Tuesday night: Snow and wind continues. Lows around 15. Stay tuned for my amounts on Monday!

Wednesday: Snow ending early, then sunny. Very cold with highs around 15.

Thursday: More snow possible. Highs in the teens.

Friday: Sunny with highs in the teens.
