Cold snap late week

On Tuesday expect a risk of an early snow or rain shower followed by partial clearing in the afternoon. Wednesday will be a bit brighter, but cooler. Thursday an arctic front arrives with a risk of a snow shower, followed by a very cold day on Friday.

Tonight: Showers around this evening, followed by a chance of showers after midnight. Colder, lows in the mid 30's. South winds shifting to west and diminishing, but gusts to 35 MPH before 10 PM.

Tuesday: A brief burst of snow or rain is possible before 9 AM, then partial clearing. Still mild, high 44. NW wind 10-20 MPH with gusts to 30 MPH.

Tuesday night: Clearing, lows in the 20's.

Wednesday: Becoming mostly sunny, highs in the upper 30's.

Thursday: Mostly cloudy with a chance of snow showers in the afternoon as the arctic front arrives. Highs in the mid 30's.

Friday: Sunny, but very cold. Highs in the low to mid 20's.
