Temps are expected to soar into the low 70's on Thursday along with a strong SW wind. It will be a great fall day, as sunshine will increase throughout the day. Then, a cold front will come through the area on Thursday night, and temps will only reach the low 50's on Friday. A storm will come in from the SW on Saturday expect heavy rain for most of the day, and winds gusting over 40 MPH from the SE. We will be on the warm side of the storm, so temps will rise to around 60 on Saturday afternoon.

Tonight: Partly to mostly cloudy, lows in the upper 40's. A slight risk of a shower. It will feel mild for the commute to work.
Thursday: Mostly cloudy early, then increasing sunshine. Warm, high around 74 in Boston, excpet about 60 0n the north shore and the cape. SW wind of 10-20 with gusts to 30 MPH.
Thursday night: As a cold front comes through it will turn mostly cloudy with a slight risk of a shower, then turn cooler. Lows in the 40's. Wind shifting to NW.
Friday: Partly sunny and much cooler with a high around 52.
Friday night: Cloudy with rain moving in around midnight. Lows around 45.

It has been really warm lately! Very nice! Do you know if it will be a very snowy winter?
ReplyDeleteIt has been nice and warm lately. I think it will be a regular winter with normal cold and snowfall. So, I don't think we will have a ton of snow,but we may have 2 or 3 nor'easters that provide most of our snow.
