A storm will pass south of the area on Tuesday leading to steady snow in the Boston area. The snow will become widespread from late morning on and it will be a fluffy snow. At this point several inches are likely. After the storm warmer air will gradually come into the area.

Tonight: Increasing clouds and frigid. Lows near 10 in Boston, 8 in JP and 3 in the suburbs.
Tuesday: Cloudy until 11 AM, then snow. High 27. NE wind of 10-20 MPH.
Tuesday night: Snow until 8 PM, then cloudy. Lows around 20. Total snow amounts of 3-5 inches expected.
Wednesday: Sunny with highs around 30.
Thursday: Sunny with highs in the upper 30's
Friday: I return home! Rain possible with highs in the mid 40's.
