545PM update

Flakes are starting to mix in with the rain here in JP, with a current temp of 34. Flakes are also being reported at Logan with a temp of 36 there. I expect a full changeover in Boston in the next hour or 2. It is now mainly snow with rain mixing in west of 128. Temps still near 40 south of Boston. No change in projected snow totals.
