Snow Update

 Well, as of 10 PM it is 38 and the precip has started as rain here in JP. So, at this stage just a mix of rain and wet snow is expected overnight with very little accumulation. But I expect rain to change to snow tomorrow that will amount to a few inches in Boston. The next storm to focus on arrives late on Tuesday with heavy rain and maybe hurricane force winds!

A Winter Storm Warning is in effect for Boston and points NW.

Updated Storm Timeline: For Boston 

Tonight: A mix of rain and wet snow. Temps holding around 37. East wind of 20-30 MPH with gusts to 40 MPH.

Sunday morning: Snow and rain  mix. Temps hold near 35. East wind of 20-30 MPH with gusts to 45 MPH. 

Sunday afternoon. Any mix should finally change to heavy snow. Temps crash to 25. 

Sunday evening. Snow ends.

1-3 inches; SE of Boston 

3-6 inches: In Boston-5 inches in JP 

6-12+: NW of Boston

Monday; Sunny with highs in the mid 30's .

Monday night: Clear and very cold. Lows around 15. 

Tuesday; Increasing clouds with rain likely late. Highs in the upper 30's.

Tuesday night: An intense storm probable. Temps rise into the upper 40's.. Stay tuned for details tomorrow! 

Wednesday; The storm lasts through the morning. Highs in the 50's.
