Then a brief lull is likely at a point Saturday night. And then the heavy snow and damaging winds will come into the area on Sunday morning. At that time the snow will fall at a few inches per hour. And, some coastal flooding is likely as well.

Saturday morning; Increasing clouds with temps in the teens. NE wind of 10-20 MPH.

4 PM: Steady snow arrives. Temp 20.
5 PM-10 PM: Steady snow. NE wind of 15-25 MPH. Temp 25.
10 PM-1 AM: Snow tapers off for a brief period.
2 AM-2 PM Sunday: The blizzard hits hard. Heavy snow and damaging winds. Temps falling into the mid teens.
3 PM: Snow ends in Boston. Temps in the teens.
