Another storm will travel to our west leading to a snow to rain event. Snow will arrive Tuesday evening and last a few hours before changing to ice and then rain. And the snow may amount to an inch or 2. Wednesday will feature periods of rain and drizzle. Then heavy rain and strong winds are likely Wednesday night into early Thursday.

Tonight: Clear with a low of 23.
Tuesday morning. Increasing clouds with temps rising to 37. NE wind of 10-20 MPH.
Storm Timeline:
5 PM: Snow arrives in Boston. Temp 35. NE wind of 10-20 MPH.
6PM-Midnight: Periods of snow. Temp 32. NE wind of 15-25 MPH.
Midnight- 3AM: Snow changes to sleet and freezing rain. Temp 35.
Total Snow amounts of 1-3 inches expected.
Rest of Wednesday: Periods of rain and drizzle. Highs in the mid 30's.
Wednesday night: Heavy rain and wind increasing. Temps rising into the upper 50's by dawn. SE wind increasing to 20-30 MPH with gusts to 50 MPH.
Thursday; Heavy rain and strong winds likely in the morning, some clearing possible late. Highs around 60.
Friday: Some sun with highs in the 40's.
