Wet Wednesday

Clouds and occasional showers will rule Wednesday and Thursday as an area of low pressure hangs in the area. By Friday it should move far enough away to bring some sun into New England. More rain is likely by Saturday.

Boston forecast:

Tonight: Low clouds and fog with periods of rain, mist and drizzle. Low 55. NE wind of 10-20 MPH.

Wednesday: Low clouds and fog with periods of rain, mist and drizzle. High 57. NE wind of 15-25 MPH.

Wednesday night: Cloudy with scattered showers. Lows in the mid 50's.

Thursday: Mostly cloudy with a shower possible. Highs in the low 60's.

Friday: Partly sunny with highs in the low 60's.

Saturday: Rain likely. Highs in the 60's.

Sunday: Clearing with highs in the 60's.
