Weekend Forecast

Clearing will come into New England behind the cold front that crossed this evening. On Friday it will be sunny and cool with a NW breeze. Clouds will increase on Saturday and some rain showers are possible by the end of the day. It should clear out by Sunday.

Boston forecast:

Tonight: Clearing with a low of 55. NW wind of 10-20 MPH.

Friday: Mostly sunny and cool. High 68. NW wind of 10-20 MPH.

Friday night: Clear and chilly. Lows in the mid 50's.

Saturday: Partly sunny until 4 PM, then scattered showers. Highs in the mid 60's .

Saturday night: Showers possible. Lows in the mid 50's.

Sunday: Increasing sunshine. Highs in the upper 60's.

Monday: Sunny with highs in the upper 60's.

Tropics: TS Edouard has formed off the coast of Africa with winds of 40 MPH. It is expected to remain well out at sea.
