Sunday will be even warmer than Saturday with temps rising into the mid 80's. However, the record in Boston is 90 and I don't expect it to be reached. Monday will also be warm with temps well into the 70's. A backdoor cold front will come into the area after that leading to clouds and cooler temps.
Boston forecast:
Tonight: Clear with patchy fog. Low 60.
Sunday: Sunny with a sea breeze. Highs near 82 in Boston and 88 inland. SE wind of 10-15 MPH.
Sunday night: Clear with lows in the mid 60's.
Monday: Mostly sunny in the morning, then increasing clouds in the afternoon. Highs in the mid 70's.
Tuesday: Low clouds with a shower possible. Much cooler with highs in the mid 60's.
Wednesday: Some sun possible. Highs in the 60's.
Thursday: Sunny with highs in the 60's.
Local Weather: The Boston area is now in a moderate drought based on the latest drought monitor. And it has been the 6th driest September on record with about .5 of an inch of rain total.
