A storm will ride up the east coast and hammer the area with an early season nor'easter. The heaviest rain will fall in the afternoon and evening and could lead to street flooding. The wind will be gusty along the coast and some minor coastal flooding is possible. It should dry out for Thursday as temps rise back up again.

Wednesday: Scattered showers in the morning, then heavy rain in the afternoon. Windy with a high of 60. NE wind of 15-25 MPH with gusts to 40 MPH in the afternoon.
Wednesday night: Heavy rain until 10 PM, then scattered showers. Windy early with temps holding in the upper 50's. NE wind of 15-25 MPH with gusts to 40 MPH, decreasing to 10-20 MPH after midnight. Total rainfall of 1-3 inches expected.
Thursday: Clearing and windy. Warm with highs in the low 70's. SW wind of 15-20 MPH.
Friday: Mostly sunny with highs in the mid 60's.
Saturday: Partly sunny with highs in the 50's.
Sunday: Sunny with highs in the 50's.
