A storm centered over the middle of the country, will slowly move towards the area. Rain should arrive around dark on Wednesday and last through the night. Winds from the south gusting to 50 MPH will pump in mild air, so even up here at PSU it is mainly a rain event. Then, December cold will come into the area behind the storm.
