A sharp cold front will come through the area tonight bringing an area of precip with it. The rain will start after midnight, and continue most of the night. The snow will continue off and on most of the morning, especially in Boston and points south. A coating to an inch of snow is possible on the grass. Then, skies will clear and temps will fall in to the teens in most areas Friday night.
