Snow Forecast

Wednesday will be a nice day for travel in New England as it will be sunny with light winds. Then a weak system will effect the area on Thanksgiving Day. It will start out as light snow and freezing drizzle before changing to scattered rain showers in the afternoon. A coating of snow is possible in the Boston area.

Boston forecast:

Tonight: Clear with a low of 30. West wind of 10-20 MPH with gusts to 30 MPH.

Wednesday: Mostly sunny with a high of 45. NW wind of 10-20 MPH.

Wednesday night: Increasing clouds with lows around 30.

Thanksgiving Day;  Scattered snow and freezing drizzle in the morning, then scattered rain showers in the afternoon. Highs in the upper 30's. East wind of 10-20 MPH. Snow may coat the ground. 

Friday: More scattered rain showers and drizzle. Highs in the mid 40's.

Saturday: Rain likely. Highs in the 40's.

Sunday: Clearing finally comes into the area. Highs in the 40's .
