Storm Forecast

A storm will bring heavy precip and strong winds to the area late Thursday into Thursday night. AT this point it looks like that it will be rain in Boston, however not too far to the west it will start as snow and sleet. Some minor accumulations are possible in Western and Northern New England.

Alerts:

A Frost Advisory is in effect for the City of Boston for tonight.

A Freeze Warning is in effect for other parts of the area.

Boston forecast:

Tonight: Increasing clouds with a low of 34.

Thursday: Scattered rain showers until 3 PM, then rain. High 45. East wind of 15-25 MPH.

Thursday night: Heavy rain. Windy with temps rising to 50 late. SE wind of 20-30 MPH with gusts to 40 MPH.

Friday: Rain ending in the morning, then partly sunny in the afternoon. Highs in the mid 50's .

Saturday: Partly sunny with a shower in the afternoon. Highs in the mid 50's .

Sunday: Sunny with highs in the 50's.
