While it appears that the heavy snow will stay south of New England, a shift to the north is still possible at this late stage. But, I am still going to stay with limited snow totals at this point. However, stay tuned for more updates on Friday.
Boston forecast:
Tonight; Clear and cold. Low 17.
Friday: Mostly sunny with a high of 30. NW wind of 10-20 MPH.
Friday night: Increasing clouds with lows around 20.
Saturday: Increasing clouds in the morning, then snow likely by dark. Highs in the upper 20's. NE wind of 15-25 MPH with gusts to 35 MPH.
Saturday night: Periods of snow. Lows in the mid 20's. NE wind of 20-30 MPH with gusts to 40 MPH. Total snow amounts of 1-3 inches expected.
Sunday: Any snow ends early, then partial clearing. Highs in the low 30's
Monday: Sunny with highs in the mid 30's.
Tuesday: Sunny with highs in the 30's.
