Tuesday will be much colder along with mainly cloudy skies. Then precip will arrive late in the day as a warm front comes through. I expect that precip will start as a brief period of snow or sleet in Boston before quickly changing to rain. The rain will continue overnight and into Wednesday morning before ending. Thursday and Friday look cold and dry at this point.

Tuesday: Increasing clouds until 5 PM, then rain mixed with snow and sleet. High 35. NE wind of 10-15 MPH.
Tuesday night: Any wintry precip quickly changes to rain. Temps around freezing in the evening will rise to 40 late. SE wind of 15-25 MPH. Snow may coat the ground in some areas.
Wednesday: Rain showers in the morning, then partly sunny in the afternoon. Highs around 50.
Thursday: Sunny with highs around 40.
Friday: Sunny with highs in the 30's.
