It now appears that the storm will travel just a bit further out to sea. So, less snow will now fall in the Boston area, but several inches will fall towards the Cape and Islands. However, high winds and coastal flooding is still expected in the area. As the storm will continue to intensify as it moves up the coast.

Wednesday afternoon: Snow ends on the Cape. Temp 35. Stays very windy with gusts to 50 MPH from the NW.

4-8+ Inches: The cape and Islands-some areas may get close to a foot.
