Skies will clear tonight and temps will fall into the teens in the suburbs and wind chill values will be close to 10. Then on Wednesday temps will hold in the 30's with sunny skies. But, a SW wind on Thursday will allow temps to rebound a little. And temps may be above normal by late in the week.
