The latest guidance is that the storm will be less intense than I thought. So, that means that snow totals won't be as high as I was thinking over the last couple of days. It also means more rain will mix with the snow.And, It will end up being a long duration storm along with the borderline temps for snow in Boston. It also means that the wind and coastal flooding won't be as high.

4 PM Saturday: Snow arrives in Boston. Temp 36.
5 PM-Midnight: Wet snow mixes with rain at times. Temp 35.
Midnight- 6 AM Sunday: Rain mixed with wet snow. Temp 36. NE wind of 10-20 MPH.
6AM-11 AM: Any rain gradually changes to wet snow. Temp fall to 32.
11AM-4 PM: Steady wet snow. Temp 32.
5 PM : snow ends

5-8 inches: Far NW of Boston
3-5 inches: In Boston area
1-3: South of Boston
