Rain has started to fall in Boston this afternoon as the wind has picked up. Temps have started to fall as snow has mixed in west of 128. Temps will continue to fall and rain will gradually mix with snow by this evening and eventually change to all snow by midnight. Snow totals are tough because of the warm ground and the rain, but a few inches in Boston is likely, with more to the west. Winds will continue to pick up and gusts may reach 60 MPH, and this will cause widespread power outages.
