Thunder Threat

Another hot and humid day is in store for Tuesday as temps once again soar into the mid 90's. A cool front in the area may trigger a storm late tonight and again Tuesday afternoon. Wednesday will still be warm before comfy air comes back for the end of the week.

Boston, MA forecast:

Tonight: Partly cloudy this evening, then mostly cloudy with scattered thunderstorms after midnight. Humid with a low of 72.

Tuesday: Scattered thunderstorms until 8 AM, then partly sunny until 3 PM. Then isolated severe thunderstorms. Humid with a high of 95. SW wind of 10-20 MPH.

Tuesday night: Clearing and humid with lows around 70.

Wednesday: Partly sunny until 2 PM, then pop up thunderstorms. Less humid with highs in the upper 80's.

Thursday: Sunny and dry. Highs in the low 80's.

Friday: Sunny with highs around 80.

Tropics: Watching possible development in the Gulf of Mexico-otherwise still quiet.
