After a gloomy day today, the sun will finally return on Thursday and Friday and temps will rise into the 50's. On Saturday another slow moving front will come thru leading to more rain. I'm hopeful that Easter morning will be sunny before more rain comes in late in the day.

Thursday: The sun finally returns! Windy with a high of 58. NW wind of 15-25 MPH with gusts to 40 MPH.
Thursday night: Clear with lows in the low 30's.
Friday: Sunny with a sea breeze. Highs near 50 in Boston and 55 inland. East wind of 10-15 MPH.
Saturday: Rain likely. Highs in the mid 50's.
Easter Sunday: Partly sunny in the morning, then showers possible in the afternoon. Highs in the upper 50's.
US weather: A record tornado season is occurring in the central US with close to 500 tornadoes already. Many tornadoes have caused damage-even close to major cities.

interesting weather here in shiprock this pm. cool and sunny this am; cool and clear now at 8 pm. but from noon to 6 pm, hot wind came thru with temps rising 20F and sand blocking view of the rock
