More Snow

More snow is ahead as another storm comes thru. Snow will arrive late in the day and last thru the night. A few inches of snow is expected. It should finally warm up a bit behind the snow.

A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect for Boston and points north for Tuesday evening 

Boston forecast: 

Tonight: Clear with a low of 13. 

Tuesday: Increasing clouds until 3 PM, then snow. High 32. SW wind of 10-20 MPH. 

Tuesday night: Snow. Lows in the upper 20's. Total snow amounts of 2-4 inches. 

Wednesday: Sunny with highs around 40.

Thursday: Sunny with highs in the upper 30's. 

Friday: Sunny with highs in the 30's. 

Saturday: Sunny with highs in the 30's. 

Sunday:  A storm likely. Highs in the 30's.

The Week Ahead

  Monday will be another cold day with temps in the 20's. Another clipper system will bring more snow Tuesday afternoon into Wednesday. A few inches of snow is possible.

Tonight: Clear and cold. Breezy with a low of 5 ABOVE. NW wind of 15-25 MPH with gusts to 35 MPH. Wind chill values as low as 10 BELOW. 

Monday: Mostly sunny with a high of 28. NW wind of 15-25 MPH. Wind chill values as low as 10 BELOW. 

Monday night: Clear with lows around 8 ABOVE. 

Tuesday: Increasing clouds until 3 PM, then snow. Highs in the low 30's.

A Cold Sunday

 After several inches of snow fell today, frigid air will continue to come into the region. Super Bowl Sunday highs will only reach the teens along with a gusty wind. Monday and Tuesday will moderate a bit before our next chance of snow by Wednesday.

Tonight: Clearing with blowing snow. Low 2 ABOVE. NW wind of 20-30 MPH with gusts to 45 MPH. Wind chill values as low as 20 BELOW. 

Sunday: Mostly sunny and windy. Cold with a high of 18. NW wind of 15-25 MHP with gusts to 35 MPH. Wind chill values as low as 20 BELOW. 

Sunday night: Clear with lows around 5 ABOVE.

Monday: Sunny with highs in the mid 20's .

Tuesday: Sunny with highs around 30.

Snow will arrive overnight and last through Saturday with several inches of snow likely. The height of the storm will be in the morning and into the early afternoon. It will also be windy, which could lower visibility at times. Bitter air comes into the area behind the storm leading to wind chills as low as 25 BELOW.

 Thursday will be a sunny day with temps near freezing. Friday will feature increasing clouds ahead of our next system. That system will bring snow to the region on Saturday amounting to a few inches. Bitter air comes into the region behind the system.

Tonight: Clear with lows near 15 in Boston and 8 ABOVE in the suburbs. 

Thursday: Mostly sunny with a high of 32. NW wind of 10-20  MPH.

Thursday night: Clear with lows around 12. 

Friday: Partly sunny with highs in the upper 20's. 

Saturday: Snow. Highs in the mid 20's. Total snow amounts of 1-3 inches. 

Sunday: Clearing and cold. Highs around 10, Wind chills as low as 25 BELOW early. Stay tuned!

Near Freezing

 The next few days will feature mainly sunny skies and temps near 30. Then an arctic front will bring snow to the area Friday night into Saturday morning. Frigid temps will come into New England behind the front with dangerous wind chills likely.

Tonight: Clear with a low of 15. 

Wednesday: Mostly sunny in the morning, then partly sunny with a passing flurry in the afternoon. High 32. West wind of 15-25 MPH.

Wednesday night: A flurry around early, then clearing. Lows around 8 ABOVE. 

Thursday: Sunny with highs in the upper 20's. 

Friday: Increasing clouds with snow probable at night. Highs in the mid 20's. 

Saturday: Snow early, then turning sunny and windy. Temps near 20 early will fall to 10 by late in the day.

US Weather: Temps below freezing were reported all over Florda and all over the Southeast over the last few days. And over a foot of snow fell in parts of the Carolinas as well.
