Wednesday will be a much warmer day with sunny skies. A front may bring a shower on Thursday, otherwise it is dry thru Friday. A wet weekend looks likely as storm comes up the coast.

Tonight: Partly to mostly cloudy with areas of fog. Low 67. 

Wednesday: Mostly sunny with a high of 87. SW wind of 10-15 MPH. 

Wednesday night: Clear with lows in the upper 60's. 

Thursday; Partly sunny with a scattered afternoon showers. Highs in the low 80's. 

Friday; Sunny with highs in the low 80's.

Saturday; Rain likely. Highs in the low 70's. 

Sunday; Showers likely.  Highs in the 70's. 

Forecast Update

 Tuesday will be another day with lots of clouds and small risk of a shower. The sun will return on Wednesday and temps will rise into the mid to upper 80's. Showers are possible again by Thursday.

 A nice weekend is ahead with sunny skies, warm temps and low humidity. The next rain chance will hold off until Monday as low pressure approaches. It should bring widespread rain to the region on Monday morning.

Tonight: Clear with lows near 60 in Boston and 52 in the suburbs. 

Saturday: Sunny with a sea breeze. Highs near 77 in Boston and 83 inland. SE wind of 10-20 MPH. 

Saturday night: Clear and chilly. Lows in the 50's in Boston but some 40's in the suburbs. 

Sunday: Sunny in the morning, then increasing clouds in the afternoon. Highs around 80. 

Sunday night; Showers likely. Lows around 60. 

Monday; Rain likely-especially in the morning. Highs in the mid 70's. 

Tuesday; Sunny with highs in the 80's. 

A Partial Solar Eclipse

 A partial solar eclipse will occur over the region at around 2 PM on Wednesday. Totality will occur in parts of Western Europe. As for our weather it will be in the mid 80's along with some sun on Wednesday. A chance for a few showers will occur late Thursday into Friday before it dries out for the weekend.

Thursday; Increasing clouds with a shower possible late. Highs in the low 80's. 

Friday; A shower or 2 possible. Highs around 80. 

Saturday; Sunny with low humidity. Highs around 80.

The Week Ahead

 Monday will be another hot day but not quite as humid. The heat will last into the middle of the week before a cold front arrives on Thursday. The front could bring showers and storms and cooler air will come into the region behind the front.

Thursday: Showers and storms likely. Highs in the 80's. 

Friday; Sunny and breezy. Much cooler with highs in the 70's.

 Saturday will be another hot and humid day with scattered PM storms. The heat will continue on Sunday but it looks mainly dry. The heat and humidity will continue into early next week.

Tonight: Partly to mostly cloudy with scattered showers and thunderstorms. Low 72. SW wind of 10-20 MPH. 

Saturday: Partly sunny until 4 PM, then scattered showers and thunderstorms. Humid with a high of 93. Heat index values up to 100. SW wind of 15-25 MPH. 

Saturday night: Showers and storms fade, then clearing. Lows in the low 70's. 

Sunday : Sunny with highs in the low 90's. 

Monday; Sunny and humid. Highs around 90. 

Tuesday: Sunny with highs around 90. 

Heat Ahead

The heat and humidity will return the next several days. On Thursday temps will rise into the 90's along with high humidity. That will make the feels like temps over 100! A few showers and storms are possible late in the week and into the weekend, but most of the time will be dry.
