The Week Ahead

 Monday will be another hot day but not quite as humid. The heat will last into the middle of the week before a cold front arrives on Thursday. The front could bring showers and storms and cooler air will come into the region behind the front. 

Boston forecast: 

Tonight: Partly cloudy with a low of 68. 

Monday: Mostly sunny with a high of 90. SW wind of 10-20 MPH. 

Monday night: Partly cloudy with lows around 70. 

Tuesday: Sunny with highs in the upper 80s. 

Wednesday: Sunny with highs in the upper 80's. 

Thursday: Showers and storms likely. Highs in the 80's. 

Friday; Sunny and breezy. Much cooler with highs in the 70's.

Weekend Update

 Saturday will be another hot and humid day with scattered PM storms. The heat will continue on Sunday but it looks mainly dry. The heat and humidity will continue into early next week.

Tonight: Partly to mostly cloudy with scattered showers and thunderstorms. Low 72. SW wind of 10-20 MPH. 

Saturday: Partly sunny until 4 PM, then scattered showers and thunderstorms. Humid with a high of 93. Heat index values up to 100. SW wind of 15-25 MPH. 

Saturday night: Showers and storms fade, then clearing. Lows in the low 70's. 

Sunday : Sunny with highs in the low 90's. 

Monday; Sunny and humid. Highs around 90. 

Tuesday: Sunny with highs around 90. 

Heat Ahead

The heat and humidity will return the next several days. On Thursday temps will rise into the 90's along with high humidity. That will make the feels like temps over 100! A few showers and storms are possible late in the week and into the weekend, but most of the time will be dry.

Friday: Partly sunny with scattered PM showers and storms . Humid with highs in the low 90's .

Saturday  Partly sunny with scattered showers and storms. Highs in the low 90's. 

Sunday: Sunny with highs around 90. 

Warming Up

 It will dry out for Tuesday along with temps in the 80's. Then the heat and humidity will return along daily chances for showers and storms.

 Sunday will be warm and humid with some sun. Then a storm will bring rain and gusty winds to the region on Monday. More rain chances are likely next week.

Storm Forecast

 A rare summer storm will bring heavy rain and gusty winds to the area Wednesday thru Thursday. Inches of rain will fall in places leading to some street flooding. And the wind will gust over 30 MPH in the Boston area along with temps holding in the 60's. The storm will finally move away by Friday.
