It may begin as a brief period of wet snow or sleet-but won't amount to anything near Boston, but a light amount of ice is possible NW of Worcester. The heaviest rain will fall Sunday afternoon and night, when thunderstorms are possible with wind gusts to 60 MPH. Total rainfall of around 2 inches can be expected, it may create some street flooding by the Monday morning commute. Then, cold air rushes back into the area after the storm.
