It hit 100 today in Boston, at Logan airport. In Westwood it may have been a bit over 100, either way it was very hot and humid. The heat and humidity will continue through Friday, although some relief will be felt at the beaches. Relief for all of us will come this Saturday when a sharp coldfront comes through.

Wednesday night: Another uncomfortable night with lows in the 70's.
Thursday: Hazy, hot and humid again with a risk of a thunderstorm. Highs in the low to mid 90's.
Friday: Hazy, hot and humid. Highs around 90.
Saturday: Mostly cloudy with severe thunderstorms likely as the cold front we have all been waiting for comes through. Still humid with highs in the mid 80's.
