Where's the snow?

At 230 PM temps are around 35 in JP an and we have even seen a little light rain over the last half hour or so. However, I expect the temp to drop by 4 PM, then the heavy snow will arrive. I am still expecting 6-8 inches here in JP and more to the south by the time it winds down at around midnight. The wind will also increase throughout the afternoon, and that will create whiteout conditions. I suggest staying off the roads between 4 and 8 PM tonight if you don't have to go out.
