Tuesday will be another dry day, but with more clouds in the afternoon. It is also Groundhog day, and I expect Phil not to see his shadow in PA, which means spring is right around the corner! Not really of course, but spring will be here eventually. Then, a big storm will form offshore and we will only get grazed by it. Expect periods of light snow Wednesday morning. It may amount to an inch, which may make some side streets slippery.

Groundhog day: Sunny in the morning, then cloudy in the afternoon. High 30. NW wind of 10-15 MPH.
Tuesday night: Cloudy until 1 AM, then light snow. Lows near 20.
Wednesday: Light snow in the morning, then remaining cloudy. Highs in the low 30's. Total accumulation around an inch.
Thursday: Sunny and colder, highs in the mid 20's.
Friday: Sunny, highs in the upper 20's.
Saturday: A mix of sun and clouds. Highs near 30.
