 Snow started earlier and came down heavier than expected leading to  several inches of snow. Now, skies will clear and temps will fall. As temps will fall into the single digits by Sunday and Monday morning. And, wind chills will be below 0!

 Sunny skies will last thru the weekend but it will be cold. Temps will then moderate early next week but it will be rainy.

Major Storm Ahead

 A powerful front will bring downpours, thunderstorms and high winds to the area on Wednesday. Even some tornadoes are possible-very rare for this time of year! Rain will be falling by the morning commute and will  last all day. Thunderstorms-some severe-are most likely in the late afternoon and evening. And the highest wind gusts-some over 60 MPH!-will occur during the evening as well.

 Periods of snow will lead to a minor accumulation overnight. Temps will warm on Sunday well into the 40's, leading to any snow that fell to melt. The next storm comes in on Monday afternoon with rain. Then a powerful storm is likely on Wednesday with heavy rain and strong winds.
