Storm Update

The storm will come into the area over the next few days leading to rain and wind. The heaviest rain will be late on the day on Wednesday into Thursday morning along with gusty winds. And showers will last into Friday morning.

Alerts:

A Flood Watch is in effect for parts of NH and ME.

Boston forecast:

Tonight: Low clouds with fog, scattered showers mist and drizzle. Low 50. NE wind of 10-20 MPH.

Wednesday: Low clouds and fog with scattered showers, mist and drizzle until 3 PM, then rain. High 55. NE wind of 15-20 MPH with gusts to 30 MPH.

Wednesday night: Heavy rain. Windy with lows around 50. NE wind of 15-25 MPH with gusts to 40 MPH.

Thursday: Rain in the morning, then showers in the afternoon. Highs in the mid 50's. Total rainfall of 1-3 inches expected.

Friday: Cloudy with a few showers possible. Highs around 60.

Saturday: Partial clearing. Highs in the low 60's .

Sunday: Sunny with highs in the 50's.

Tropics: TD 9 has formed in the Gulf of Mexico and will become a Tropical Storm over the next few days. Stay tuned!
