Clouds will increase on Friday for the Sox home opener along with a chilly east wind. However, I do think the rain will hold off until the game is close to over. As the rain will arrive in the evening and last thru the night. Then, skies will clear out on Saturday and temps will rise as well. Sunday will be the pick of the weekend with sunny skies and warm temps.
Boston forecast:
Tonight: Mostly cloudy with a low of 32.
Friday: Cloudy until 6 PM, then rain showers. High 43. East wind of 10-20 MPH. Temps near 42 along with cloudy skies for the game at 2 PM!
Friday night: Periods of rain. Lows in the upper 30's. East wind of 10-20 MPH with gusts to 30 MPH.
Saturday: Scattered showers until 8 AM, then becoming sunny. Highs in the mid 50's.
Sunday: Sunny with highs in the upper 50's.
Monday: Sunny with highs in the 50's.
