Another arctic outbreak will come into New England this week. On Monday temps will struggle to reach 30 despite sunshine. On Tuesday clouds will begin to increase in the afternoon with temps in the 30's. Then we will watch a major storm making a close pass to the area on Tuesday night and Wednesday. At this point a grazing with some snow and wind likely, but just a slight shift either west or east will make a big difference.
