Tuesday will be another cold day along with some sun. However, a storm will make a close pass to the area on Tuesday night. At this point it looks like snow will fall on the Cape and Islands, with some flurries possible in the Boston area. And then on Wednesday another cold day is expected before temps recover close to average by the end of the week.

A Wind Chill Warning is in effect in parts of Northern New England where wind chills could fall to 40 BELOW!
Boston forecast:
Tonight: Partly cloudy and cold again. Lows near 12 in Boston and 5 in the suburbs. NW wind of 10-20 MPH. Wind Chill values as low as 15 BELOW late.
Tuesday: Mostly sunny in the morning, then increasing clouds in the afternoon. High 20. NW wind of 10-20 MPH with gusts to 30 MPH. Wind chill values as low as 15 BELOW before 9 AM.
Tuesday night: Snow probable on the Cape and Islands where an inch or 2 is likely, but just flurries in Boston. Lows around 10. Stay tuned!
Wednesday: Any snow or flurries end early, then becoming sunny. Still cold with highs in the low 20's.
Thursday : Sunny with highs in the low 30's.
Friday: Partly sunny with highs in the upper 30's.
US Weather: A major winter storm will hit the south with heavy snow and ice and cold temps. Up to 10 inches of snow is possible as far south as Georgia. And a few inches will fall in parts of Florida!
