Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas everyone and thanks for checking out my blog. I wish everyone a happy and safe Holiday season. A weak system will come into the area leading to periods of snow for Christmas day. A more powerful storm is likely Wednesday night into Thursday. At this point it looks like it will start out as snow before changing to rain.

Alerts: A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect south of Boston.

Boston forecast:

Christmas Eve: Cloudy this evening, then snow after midnight. Low 28.

Christmas Day: Periods of snow that may mix with rain from time to time. High 35. North wind of 10-25 MPH. Total snow amounts of 1-2 inches expected.

Tuesday night: Clearing with lows in the mid 20's .

Wednesday: Sunny in the morning, the increasing clouds in the afternoon. Highs in the mid 30's . Precip is likely at night.

Thursday: A powerful storm is likely. Highs in the 30's. Stay tuned!

Friday: Dry with highs in the 30's.
