SPECIAL: 2011-12 Winter Forecast

This is my blog preview of the winter ahead. Last winter we had a blizzard blitz-from Christmas to Groundhog day, with at least a storm per week. The snow total for the season ended up double than normal-with about 80 inches total. The data this year supports fewer nor'easters-but still above average snowfall.
