Happy Summer!

Today is the first day of summer, as the solstice occurred at 728 this morning. It will remain nice and sunny on Tuesday, before a front arrives with showers and storms. It may clear out in time for game 2 of my brother's world series on Wednesday evening. Then another cold front will trigger thunderstorms on Thursday. 

Boston, MA forecast: 

Tonight: Clear with lows around 60. 

Tuesday: Another summery day with sunny skies until 3 PM. then building clouds. Highs near 79 Downtown, 82 in JP and 84 inland. A light NE wind. 

Tuesday night: Mostly cloudy in the evening, then showers and thunderstorms likely. Lows in the 60's. 

Wednesday: Showers and thunderstorms until 9 AM, then becoming partly sunny. Muggy with highs in the mid 80's. 

Thursday: Sunny until 3 PM, then a chance of severe thunderstorms. Highs in the low 80's. 

Friday: Sunny with low humidity. Highs in the mid 80's.

Tropics: Hurricane Celia has formed in the east pacific, but is no threat to land. Watching a complex of showers and thunderstorms south of Puerto Rico for the Atlantic.
