Dreary Thursday

Today started nice, but then the rain arrived around 6 and temps quickly dipped into the 50's. At about 10 PM, the steady rain is almost over. Showers and drizzle will continue through Thursday. Then, nice dry air will come down from Canada for the end of the week. Before another system will affect the area this weekend. 

Boston, MA forecast: 

Tonight: Cloudy with periods of rain and drizzle. Lows around 50. SE wind of 10-15 MPH with gusts to 25 MPH.

Thursday: Cloudy with light showers along with periods of mist and drizzle. Cool with a high of 58. NE wind of 10-15 MPH with gusts to 25 MPH.

Thursday night: Scattered light showers until 9 PM, then clearing. Lows in the upper 40's. 

Friday: Sunny with highs near 68 Downtown, 72 in JP and 75 inland. 

Saturday: Sunny in the morning, then increasing clouds with showers likely in the afternoon. Highs in the low 70's. 

Sunday: Sunny until 3 PM, then a chance of severe thunderstorms. Highs around 80. More details as we get closer. 

Tropics: Tropics remain mainly quiet, except for some thunderstorms near South America.
