Forecast Update

 Patchy frost is expected tonight in the suburbs as cold air comes into the area.  Then Sunday looks like a very nice end to the weekend before rain early next week.

Tonight ; Clear with frost. Low 37. 

Sunday; Sunny with a high of 65. SE wind of 10-20 MPH.

Sunday night; Increasing clouds with lows in the upper 40's. 

Monday; PM showers possible. Highs around 60. 

Tuesday: Showers possible. Highs in the 50's. 

Wednesday; Showers and storms likely. Highs in the 60's. 

Chilly Days

 Thursday will be a cold and windy day for late April. As temps will start in the 30's and the gusty wind will make it feel like the 20's. By afternoon temps will rise into the low 50's. Thursday night seems to be the coldest night of the stretch with a frost and freeze likely.

Tonight: Any rain showers fade to clearing skies. Windy with a low of 37. NW wind of 20-30 MPH with gusts to 40 MPH. 

Thursday; A mix of sun and clouds and windy. High 52. NW wind of 20-30 MPH with gusts to 40 MPH. 

Thursday night: Clear and cold. Lows in the mid 30's. A frost or freeze is likely in most areas! 

Friday: Sunny and windy. Highs in the mid 50's. 

Saturday: Sunny with highs around 60.

A Cold Wind

Clouds will dominate the sky on Wednesday and the wind will begin to increase. Then a storm gains strength in the Gul of Maine cold and wind will be driven into Southern New England. As temps will drop to near freezing and even a snowflake is possible.

Wednesday; Mainly cloudy and becoming breezy. High 55. NW wind of 15-25 MPH with gusts to 35 MPH. 

Wednesday night ; Mostly cloudy with a passing flurry or sprinkle. Windy with lows in the mid 30's. NW wind increasing to 20-30 MPH with gusts to 40 MPH. 

Thursday; Partly sunny and windy. Highs around 50. NW wind of 20-30 MPH with gusts to 40 MPH. 

Thursday night; Clearing and very cold. Lows around freezing! 

Friday: Partly sunny with highs in the low 50's. 

Saturday. Sunny with highs in the low 60's.

Storm Impacts

 A storm will bring showers to the area on Tuesday night. Then the storm will rapidly intensify to our northeast and bring strong winds and cold temps into the area for this time of year. Although, the precip should remain to our north.

Tuesday; Increasing clouds until 5 PM, then showers . High 60. South wind of 10-20 MPH.

Wednesday night: Clear and very windy. Cold with lows in the upper 30's. 

Thursday; Partly sunny and very windy. Highs around 50.

 Monday will be a little warmer along with more sun as High Pressure briefly takes control. Then an area of low pressure brings showers late Tuesday into Wednesday. More showers are possible by late in the week as well.

Tuesday night: Showers. Lows around 50. 

Wednesday; Showers in the morning, then partial clearing. Highs around 60.

A Split Weekend

 A sea breeze will develop on Saturday leading to a cooler afternoon along the coast-including Boston. Then a front will bring more clouds and colder temps by Sunday. The next widespread rain arrives by Tuesday.
