After a quiet and cold Wednesday a storm will impact the region on Thursday. It will bring our first messy storm in a while with snow changing to sleet, freezing rain and probably plain rain before ending. Snow will fall heavily for a few hours in the midday before any changeover. That will lead to several inches of snow and slippery travel. Temps should reach above freezing by the end of the day.
