As of this writing Helene has winds of 140 MPH as it makes landfall in the big bend of Florida. It will bring dangerous wind, rain and storm surge to the area overnight. It will then track northward to Georgia and bring the SE high winds and rain-including the Atlanta area. High pressure centered over New England will help push the storm to our SW thru the upcoming weekend.

Tonight: Showers coming to an end. Low 58. West wind of 10-15 MPH.
Friday: Becoming mostly sunny. High 77. West wind of 10-20 MPH.
Friday night: Clear with lows in the upper 50's.
Saturday Sunny with highs around 70.
Sunday; Mostly sunny with highs in the upper 60's.
Monday: Sunny with highs in the 70's.
