Turning Colder

 A strong cold front will cross the region on Wednesday afternoon bringing intense rain showers.  Behind the front temps will crash and the wind will pick up for the end of the week. And that could set the stage for some snow this weekend.

Boston forecast:

Tonight: Mostly cloudy with a low of 35. West wind of 15-25 MPH. 

Wednesday: A mix of sun and clouds until 5 PM, then rain showers. High 53. West wind of 15-25 MPH. 

Wednesday night; Rain showers in the evening, then clearing. Lows in the upper 20's. NW wind increasing to 15-25 MPH with gusts to 35 MPH. 

Thursday; Sunny and windy. Highs in the upper 30's. NW wind of 20-30 MPH with gusts to 40 MPH. 

Friday: Sunny with highs in the low 40's. 

Saturday;  Snow changing to rain as the day goes on. Highs in the low 40's.  Stay tuned for more details! 

Sunday; More rain and snow likely. Highs in the upper 30's.
