Rain and some wind will continue overnight before ending. Skies will clear for Sunday along with a gusty wind. And it now appears that the storm early next week will not be as powerful as once thought.

Boston forecast:

Tonight: Rain showers and windy. Near steady temps around 40. East wind of 15-25 MPH with gusts to 35 MPH.

Sunday; Becoming mostly sunny and windy. High 57. West wind of 20-30 MPH with gusts to 40 MPH.

Sunday night: Clear with lows in the mid 30's.

Monday: Sunny with highs in the mid 50's.

Tuesday; Showers possible. Highs in the upper 40's.

Wednesday; More rain possible. Highs in the 40's.
