A stalled front will bring periods of heavy rain over the next few days. On Labor Day scattered showers will fall in the morning, becoming more widespread in the afternoon and evening. By Tuesday an area of low pressure will ride along the front bringing more heavy rain along with a gusty breeze. Skies will clear for the end of the week.

Tonight; Scattered showers. Low 67. NE wind of 10-15 MPH.
Labor Day; Showers in the morning, then rain in the afternoon. Near steady temps around 68. NE wind of 10-20 MPH.
Monday night; Heavy rain. Lows in the upper 50's. NE wind increasing to 15-25 MPH.
Tuesday : Heavy rain continues. Temps holding around 60. NE wind of 15-25 MPH. Total rainfall of 2-3 inches in the Boston area.
Tuesday night; Rain ends. Temps holding around 60.
Wednesday; Becoming mostly sunny. Highs in the mid 70's.
Thursday; Sunny with highs in the 80's.
Friday; Sunny with highs in the 80's.
Tropics Update: Tropical Storm Earl has formed near Puerto Rico and head north towards Bermuda and is expected to become a major Hurricane. Stay tuned for more updates on Earl over the next week or so. And Tropical Storm Kay has formed in the East Pacific and may threaten Southern California with major rain and wind later this week!
