Scattered Snow

A weak system will give us scattered snow on Thursday morning with a small accumulation. Behind the system temps will crash and wind chills will drop below 0 again. A cold, but mainly dry weekend looks likely at this point.

Boston forecast:

Tonight: Snow late. Low 32. SW wind of 10-20 MPH.

Thursday; Scattered snow in the morning, then mostly cloudy in the afternoon.  Temps near freezing early will fall to 27 by 5 PM. NW wind of 15-25 MPH. Total snow amounts of a coating-2 inches in the Boston area.

Thursday night: Clearing and cold. Lows around 10. Wind chill values as low as 10 BELOW.

Friday; Sunny and windy. Highs around 20.

Saturday; Watching a coastal storm. Highs in the mid 20's.

Sunday; Sunny with highs in the mid 30's.
