Storm Update

 The remains of Ida is bringing heavy rain, strong winds and tornadoes to the area tonight into Thursday morning. A major tornado occurred in parts of the Northeast along with a major flooding disaster. Now, the rain form the south will overtake the area. 

Alerts; 

 A Wind Advisory is in effect fort the coast-including Boston 

A Flash Flood Watch is in effect for all of MA. 

Flash Flood Warnings and Emergencies are in effect all over the Northeast 

Boston forecast:

Tonight: Heavy rain with isolated tornadoes. Low  60. NE wind of 20-30 MPHI with gusts to 45 MPH. 

Thursday; Heavy rain until 9 AM, then becoming partly sunny. High 67. NE wind of 20-30 MPH with gusts to 45 MPH. Total rainfall of 4-6 inches. 

Thursday night: Clearing with with lows in the mid 50's. 

Friday: Mostly sunny with highs in the upper 70's. 

Saturday; Sunny with highs in the mid 70's. 

Sunday: Showers possible. Highs in the upper 70's. 

Labor Day; Sunny with highs in the 80's.
