Tropical Storm Henri still has winds of 70 MPH, It is expected to turn to the north and make landfall in New England. However, a turn to the NW at the last minute may save eastern New England. But, strong winds and rain are still likely. And a shift back east is still possible. And any wobble in the final track will make a big difference.
