Tropical Storm Fay formed today with winds of 45 MPH off the coast of North Carolina. The storm is now forecast to track due north and make landfall on Long Island and head through Western New England. Along that track the heaviest rain and strongest winds will be to our west. However, an eastern jog could bring more significant weather to the area.
