Earlier tonight the Tornado Watch was extended to include the City of Boston. And most of the Boston area got a severe thunderstorm as the cold front came through. Now, skies will clear for the weekend as High Pressure takes control. Then we will need to watch the track of the system off the east coast that is still expected to become Arthur by Saturday.
Boston forecast:
Tonight: Any showers or severe storms fade to clearing skies. Low 60.
Saturday: Mostly sunny with a sea breeze. Highs near 62 in Boston and 72 inland .SE wind of 10-20 MPH.
Saturday night: Mostly cloudy with lows around 50.
Sunday; Sunny with highs in in the mid 60's.
Monday: Watching the track of the storm expected to become Arthur. Highs in the low 50's. Stay tuned!
