Rain has arrived and as record cold arrives rain will change to snow before ending. The snow will end by Saturday morning with little accumulation. The afternoon will be remain cold and windy as the area of low pressure gains strength to our east. Mother's Day looks warmer and dry-but still below normal.

Saturday; Scattered snow until 9 AM, then partly sunny. Windy with a high of 47. West wind of 20-30 MPH with gusts to 50 MPH. Snow may coat the grass in some areas.
Saturday night: Clearing with frost. Windy with lows in the mid 30's. West wind of 20-30 MPH with gusts to 40 MPH. Wind chills in the low 20's!
Mother's Day; Partly sunny and chilly. Highs in the mud 50's. Happy Mother's day to all the moms.
Monday: Rain likely. Highs in the upper 50's.
Tuesday ;Sunny and chilly again. Highs around 50.
